Tell us you’re detail-oriented, but everyone tells us that, so maybe tell us you know why that matters and how it has worked for you in the past.
Tell us that you’re the kind of person who’s able to work independently. We’re small. You’re going to have to hold your own hand sometimes. And yeah, everyone’s a team player come interview time, but would your past coworkers agree?
Oh, and do you have agency experience? It’s not a must, but it’s a nice-to-have.
The stuff you’ll do:
- Build client relationships and be their most adamant agency ambassador
- Project manage work between the client and our creative team
- Develop strategy and ideas around opportunities and planning
- Be the brand enforcer for each of your clients, ensuring things align with brand guides
- Manage client/project budgets and internal time management
- Be proactive and make sure things are moving forward
- Work on new business pitches
- Organically grow existing client business
