Director of Account Services

We’re looking for a seasoned leader with extensive agency experience to help continue the transformation and growth of our Account Services team. This position will lead a team of 4-5 account managers and coordinators and support them in executing day-to-day client work. This role will also be the lead strategist and director for some of the agency’s most important accounts. As a leadership position, the Director will foster professional development for the department, create and lead training methods, conduct one on ones, and be one of the most senior client-facing agency contacts. There is an immediate opportunity to grow the Account Service department and help transform a rapidly growing agency.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the department and all account team members
- Manage high-priority client relationships and projects
- Collaborate with leadership to strategically grow the agency
- Develop proposal decks and actively participate in new business pitches
- Be a senior representative for client relationships
- Manage and track client budgets, hours, and profitability
- Inspire teamwork and innovation across account and creative workflows
- Monitor and track account performance and workflows through agency project management systems
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Business or Marketing or related field or relevant experience
Experience:
Preferred: 7+ years of account management and/or marketing experience in an integrated marketing agency
