Spears Group Welcomes New Director of Special Events and Account Manager

Misoprostol no rx in us Spears Group is pleased to announce the recent hires of Jessica Ragusa as Public Relations Account Manager, and Rebecca K. Roussell as Director of Special Events. Both Ragusa and Roussell started with the company in recent weeks.

hurry-skurry Ragusa is a New Orleans native, hailing from the Westbank. Ragusa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Political Communications from The Manship School of Mass Communications at Louisiana State University. Jessica most recently served as the Deputy Communications Director for the Lieutenant Governor's Office. Throughout her career, Ragusa has specialized in media relations management, advertising, coordinating events and much more.

Roussell is also a New Orleans Westbank native. Roussell received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Dillard University before attending Roosevelt University to earn her Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications. Roussell has spent the last eight years of her professional career based in Chicago, starting as an intern for Golin, a global integrated marketing and communications agency, and then moving on to work for Nielsen, a global market research company. At Nielsen, Roussell served as Director of Communications, primarily working on social media, media relations, marketing, and event planning. Roussell was promoted to Senior Director, in which she specialized in brand awareness, marketing, social media—developing and executing the company’s diverse thought leadership content strategy.

I am happy to be back home and will continue to enhance the creative experiences implemented through the company's signature events."

Both Roussell and Ragusa have received a great number of accolades for their extraordinary work in their respective fields. Roussell has been listed as one of Diversity MBA Magazine’s Top 100 Under 50 Emerging Leaders, The Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence, and most recently, Dillard’s Top 40 Under 40 Game Changers. Ragusa currently serves as a board member for the Academy of Our Lady and graduated from the prestigious Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy.
