For Felipe’s Taqueria, the premiere name in authentic Mexican cuisine, National Margarita Day is a huge opportunity. It’s an opportunity for massive sales in its restaurants, for awakening the taste buds of new guests, and for an opportunity to make this holiday their holiday. 

 

Felipe’s already had an amazing product to market; it’s signature fresh-squeezed key lime margarita. With a great offer to push - BOGO margaritas - Spears got to work planning, creating and executing a powerfully integrated campaign utilizing paid, earned and owned media. When the big day arrived, we unleashed a flood. By leveraging strong tactics such as digital ads, social media, influencer engagement, email blasts, and Facebook ads, Felipe’s was able to increase its liquor sales 135% from the previous year. Overall sales were up 40%. All of Felipe’s restaurants in Louisiana and Florida received an overwhelming amount of traffic through their doors. The event also garnered local and national media attention that included Felipe’s receiving coverage on USA Today. The success was made possible by a tremendous client and a powerful offer.
